Thomas Ellsworth, Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Ellsworth is a deeply experienced veteran of the wireless industry. Before joining GoTV, Ellsworth served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development from 2001 to 2005 at JAMDAT Mobile. Inc. (NASDAQ: JMDT) where he was part of the management team that saw the company complete its highly successful IPO in September of 2004. Prior to JAMDAT he was Vice President of Incubator Development and Senior Director of Business Development in the wireless division of Sprint. In that role, Ellsworth oversaw the Sprint incubator joint venture that led to the formation of wireless companies — including JAMDAT Mobile and Boingo.

While at Sprint, Ellsworth also launched the 1st CDMA market in the US and developed what became the “Free and Clear” rate plans — a pioneering change in the wireless industry. Earlier in his career he held selling, marketing and strategy roles at California Amplifier, Inc., L.A. Cellular (acquired by AT&T) and IBM. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing from California State University, Northridge and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Daniel Tibbets, Executive Vice President & Studio Chief

Daniel Tibbets brings substantial traditional and new media experience in the entertainment field to GoTV Networks. Prior to joining GoTV, he spent 16 years at the vortex of the entertainment industry and has held several senior executive roles in production and development for companies such as CBS Enterprises, Fireworks Television, Inc., Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment, and Twentieth Television.

At Twentieth Television, Tibbets ran FOXLAB, Inc. where he co-created and developed the first ever original content mobisodes, “Love and Hate” and “Sunset Hotel,” which launched in February 2005. Tibbets also developed the first convergence program to air on broadcast television at FOXLAB and is credited with the development and sale of the HBO series “ROME” from his work at Papazian-Hirsch. Tibbets graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with an emphasis in International marketing and business.

Michael Coan, Senior Vice President, Sales & National Distribution

Michael Coan is a wireless industry veteran having worked at Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile and held product management, field engineering and sales management positions. Michael has successfully launched new data services and new voice products such as satellite systems as well as developed new channels of distribution. Prior to joining GoTV, Michael was Director of Sales at the multi-media content provider Mforma where he grew his business to be 60% of their revenue. Prior to joining wireless, Michael was involved in the PC gaming and software industry.
